Reminders

Good evening, SMS Learning Community,

Here are a few important reminders:
6th Grade Immunization Records and Physicals
October 15 is Exclusionary Day for any 6th-grade students who have not submitted their required immunization records and/or physical examination forms. If you have not already done so, please schedule an appointment and contact the nurse’s office to ensure your student’s records are submitted.
PE Uniform Payments (Grades 6–8 Only)
October 15 is also the deadline for PE uniform payments. Please submit your $15 payment through Infinite Campus. If you purchased additional items, you can submit those payments through Infinite Campus as well.
Reminder: No-Zero Policy (Grades 6–8 Only)
As a reminder, SMS is implementing a no-zero policy. If you see a grade of 50% with a Missing designation in your student’s assignments, this indicates that the assignment has not been submitted to the teacher. Please check Infinite Campus regularly for updates. You should receive notifications when your student has a missing assignment.
Thank you for your continued support and partnership as we work together to keep our students accountable and focused on learning!

Thank you,
SMS Administration
