No Zero Policy

Good evening, SMS Learning Community,
As we approach our first day of school, we want to kick off the school year by centering learning. This means learning from our students about their needs while also implementing best practices that support their academic growth.

In an effort to do this, we have implemented a No-Zero Policy. Please take a moment to review the policy and learn more about how it will support our students.

Students will learn all about our No-Zero Policy during our School-Wide Expectations Day on Thursday, August 13th.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our Administration Team. We will also thoroughly explain the policy to parents during Curriculum Night, which will be held on Wednesday, August 26, from 6:00–7:30 p.m.
